- This is something very personal that I have also been doing daily for about 10 years. I sat down one weekend in 1993 and determined the core Biblical themes that I needed to focus my life on. I then divided the themes in 31 daily units. I concentrate on one theme each day of the month. The repeated, focused meditation on one theme each day has burned these truths deep into my soul and has caused steady growth and change in my relationships.
